Building restoration is the action or process of accurately revealing, recovering or representing the state of a historic building, as it appeared at a particular period in its history, while protecting its heritage value. At Praxcir Architecture It is our standard to conduct careful reviews of building records and physical conditions to determine historic and/or significant features to be restored.

At Praxcir Architecture we are keenly aware of the personal aspect of designing and renovating a family home. Having been raised in design-build families, our partners literally grew up building homes, and we pride ourselves in our process. We start every project with a unique interview of our clients, their needs, budget, likes and dislikes. We take this time to listen intently, understand the family history, goals and aspirations.
